You would probably be whey better off, if you sell your 3D stock items on all major stock markets, and not sell out anywhere exclusively.
Apart from that critic I would indeed be interested to buy exclusive, if your price is good, but I consider following facts. That indeed you may have purchased a relatively expensive 3D scanning rig, those scanners are dropping in price really fast and the marked is going to get flooded with 3D scan data and very soon everyone has a 3D scanner in his hand.
For example, even smart phones are becoming capable of scanning relatively hi res 3D data. (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=3d+scaning+smartphone) There are also plenty of online services offering good 3D Photo modeling, and there is also good open source software. These don't get to the mesh density of what you offer but when you combine 3D photo modeling with tools like (https://www.google.be/?gfe_rd=cr&ei=chHeVJfbNpbAVNOfgrgJ&gws_rd=ssl#q=images+to+normal+maps&spell=1), then you get good enough materials for games. (Your scanner is probably best suited for objects with lots of small detailed features, where photo modeling is not an option, e.g. things like reliefs in old roman architecture etc.)
I suspect your targeting game dev. because I see no one 3D printing sewer plates? So your mesh density would eventually also need to be retopologized and baked down to normal maps. You can make the argument that you would have higher resolution input (then photo modeling), but most 3D game defs. also have 3D modeling/sculpting tools to add some details back that maybe where not captured during normal map conversion. Things I consider in baying something like this exclusive are; The price, demand for the items, how many conversion work involved, quality of scan data and how hard it would be for me to get that data myself.
The sewer plates I would consider doable because I have an 18 Megapixel DSLR with polarized filter and confident that a combination of photo modeling/normal map conversion would deliver good results for games in this regard. (do not have these sort of plates in my neighborhood though)
So how much would it cost to buy the 17 plates 3D data/textures with full exclusivity?
