This cloth was made by Marvelous Designer, then exported to 3dsmax and remeshed by Zbrush and 3ds max. It contains a leather coat, leather pants, and a top with a leather corset.
RizomUV is used to unwrap the final mesh and material made by the Substance painter. You can use these maps in any render engine, just assign the right map.

You will get a low-poly model in max format, obj, and fbx. To get the best result use turbosmooth or subdivision level 2 or higher.
