Paypal Payment gateway issue?

Hello,

I tried several times purchase with Paypal in the past, but always bounce back after entering the credit/debit card info.

After I click add, loading icon appear then nothing happen.

I already contact Paypal's support and they told me to clear browser's cache and cookies or changing browser which I did already, but the problem still there, this is their reply:

"Hello, thanks for reaching out to PayPal. I understand you are having an
issue while making a payment from your account and my apologies for any
inconvenience caused. Please clear the cache and cookies and try using a
different device (mobile/laptop) and also a different browser to see if
that works. If the issue persists, you need to contact the merchant to
check if there is any payment gateway issue. I hope this helps. If there
are any other questions, please feel free to let us know. Thanks! ^DM"

My last hope is here......

Is there anyone having issue like this? Or any support will read this.
