I'm having an issue I need help with. I set up a 50% off discount code on all my models, however it doesn't work fully when I went to test it and when a customer tried to use it. For example, I put 5 $4 items in my cart equaling $20 and try to check out with that code and it gives me only $5 off. Tried again with 2 $6 and 2 $5 items for $22 total and it only gave $10 off. Tried again with 2 $10 items and it didn't apply the coupon at all. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I have all sales and loyalty discounts turned off so it wouldn't interfere with the code.
