You site is not user friendly at all for a newbie like me. The most frustrating thing is that when that I had 40 offers on a freelance job. When I read a message on one of the four pages of offers. when I click the back arrow, it always returns to page one of four. Your site might not be designed for someone like me, but it's pretty piss poor in my opinion.
