I've noticed that recently models costing less than $15 do not participate in discount program. While i think that it's a right decision, i don't like how it was introduced - silently, without any anouncement. I understand that you guys are constantly trying various ways to improve buyers and sellers experience and try to raise sales as high as possible, but don't you think that pricing policy changes are important enough to inform persons that those changes affects most - us, sellers? If you don't want to bring it publicly to forums, that's fine, use newsletters instead, but don't leave to figure it out for us by ourselves, it leaves not a very pleasant fealing that something fishy is going on.
