3D models for using in Autodesk Revit rendering

I'm in search of a 3D model to put in a 3D Autodesk Revit project to make the model alittle more realistic. can the models on this site be converted to a .RFA format for the use in Revit, and keep all the details like color and features to make the rendering more realistic any help is much appricated
