MGM-31 Pershing 1A two stage ballistic missile. Developed in the 1960s, the Pershing 1A was a road mobile short range ballistic missile capable of delivering a nuclear payload. The missile used two solid fuel rocket motors to carry the single warhead up to a range of 740km. A cold war missile, the Pershing was deployed across Europe as a replacement to the Redstone ballistic missile.
