Constructed in the metric system, everything is centered correctly in the origin 0,0,0.
You get all that you see in the previews, as whole and as individual FBX meshes in various combinations respectively:Coffee Table With Stuff, Cofee Table, Mug, Mug Filled, Mug_With_Plate_ Mug Filled With Plate, Small Plate, Big Plate, Big Plate Pretzels.

You also get the initial Baked Maps if you want to re-texure it yourself in Quixel or Substance.

The meshes shading is controled at vertex level, make sure you import them in your game engine with Import Tangents and Binormals option or similar.Normal maps are in OpenGL format, depending on the game engine invert the Green Channel
