The person who made the model accepted to lower the price from $40 to $20. Later I noticed the model was even at a lower price ($16) so I bought it. When I downloaded the file the texture files were corrupted so I contacted the artist and asked him whether he could send me the files individually and additionally a conversion of the model to a different format. He just answered I needed to ask CG trader for the textures because it was them who had the issue with the .zip files and that was it, no conversion file nothing more. I guess he got mad because in the end I got the model on sale for less of what he had agreed to sell it for. I rate the transaction positive because he agreed to lower the price but when I contacted him to get some help with the file he just didn't want to.
