Single Opening Window 3D model

Fully Parametric Revit family model for a Single Opening Window. This is a window wall-based revit family that can be placed onto any thickness wall in any revit project.

Family has options for customising and matching any design criteria. Window can be flipped both on vertical and horizontal axes. One can flip the window on its axis for changing the opening side of the window either in the interior or the exterior side of a building.

Other parameters control whether or not a handle will be placed on the opening side or the opposite side or both. Sill height in relation tot he reference floor can be controlled as well as the option to turn on and off the window sill of 20mm thickness.

There is also a graphical represantation option to show the window either open or closed.
