You mean the purple spots? Then click on the colour image texture node in the "Muscle3.001" material or switch from texture to material in the viewport shading.
When rendering, you won't see any purple areas anyway.

When I switch from texture to material in the viewport shading I get this (https://imgur.com/j7WR885). When I render I get this (https://imgur.com/9pk2Nh0). Your entire file is unworkable, just the muscles, but the skeleton and skin as well.
