The surface of the head's look rough in all my slicers when compared to the other body parts - is this normal and they will print just fine?

Description
Scale of the model is 1/6. I recommend printing at 1/4 scale to do so, scale 150% each part. To print at real scale 1/1 scale each part to 595%.
Single mesh included as bonus.
The model will surely show errors and holes if checked in meshmixer or the like softwares, you are free to fix it if you want, is up to you, but is not necessary for printing, I tested the print by opening the files in chitubox, hollow, add holes and supports with no problem. Cura and Simplidy3D had no problems as well. But still if any critical error or unprintable file is found let me know and I check and fix if necesary.

Yeah is just some skin pores, but wont be noticeable unless u print at big scale ^^'
