This is worm gearbox used in a roll-forming line. The box distributes torque from main drive to singular roll-forming heads. The gearbox's main body is made out of fabricated and welded hot-rolled steel flat bars. The shafts are made out of hardened and ground AISI 4140 or equivalent round stock pieces.The gearbox is typical standard item used in the industry.
