about the Cepsa Tower: The Cepsa Tower is a 248.3-meter skyscraper located in the Cuatro Torres Business Area, Madrid. It is the second tallest skyscraper in Spain, only surpassed by the Crystal Tower, as well as the 4th in the European Union. It opened on May 5, 2009.
