.fbx doesn’t work probably with blender. There is no disclaimer despite the seller knowing this known issue. Contacted the seller and the seller claims that it for 3DS max only, but that is not said any where on the page. Was declined a refund.

Upload in Blender is offset both with .obj and .ftx. Updated version still not functional in blender as it's advertised.
