Anime Character Basemesh v12.0 Kuromoji – Anime-Style 3D Model for Blender and VRChat

This anime-style character base mesh is designed for use in VRChat and for character creation in Blender. It can be used immediately as a VRChat avatar or as a foundation for creating your own original characters, edits, and outfit designs.

The model is continually updated, and existing users can download newer versions at no additional cost.

Blender

・Adjustable anime-style and semi-realistic materials. Joint areas such as shoulders and hips are supported with auxiliary bones to help achieve smoother deformation during posing and animation.

・Includes a Rigify rig, suitable for posing, animation, and further customization.

VRChat

・Facial expressions, lip sync, and hand gesture animations are already configured.

・Includes a ready-to-import UnityPackage for VRChat upload.

・Compatible with Modular Avatar, allowing flexible outfit changes.

Contents

・Blender File (Basic) [Kuromoji_v12_Basic.blend]

　A Blender file containing a simple model structure designed for exporting to other software. Tested and confirmed to work with Blender 4.2 LTS.

・Blender file (for VRChat)[Kuromoji_v12_VRC_MA.blend]

　A Blender file with the skeleton split per model (body, clothing, etc.) for Modular Avatar. Includes the FBX files used within the UnityPackage, exported from this file. Tested on Blender - 4.2 LTS.

・Blender file(for Blender)[Kuromoji_v12_Blender.blend]

　A Blender file configured for use within Blender. You can use rigs created based on Rigify and shaders. Tested on Blender - 4.2 LTS.

・Textures

　Textures for use with the model.

・UnityPackage [Kuromoji_v12.unitypackage]

　A Unitypackage that can be dragged and dropped into Unity for immediate upload.
