It seems to be really more of a scan of a black heeled boot than a created model. in order to be actually use for games or anything you're going to have to do some read topo and do the normal maps yourself. So basically you get what you pay for. I'm writing this as positive cuz this was pretty much what I expected and there is no middle ground option.
