Photogrammetry has taken the 3D industry by storm. And with good reason. It is swiftly being incorporated into workflows to speed up the 3d production pipeline across software platforms. Step 2 - description of steps

1. Download an app that will enable you to control your white balance - this ensures texture color stays consistent

2. Find something to scan

3. Take between 35-70 photos from all sides and angles

4. Download and install Meshroom https://alicevision.org/#meshroom

5. Drag all your photos into the left panel.

6. Inspect your photos and delete any blurred ones - they will meas up your scan

7. Hit the start button

8. Hit "load model" once the scan is complete

9. Hit structure from motion to hide the point cache

10. Open your favourite 3d app https://www.blender.org/

11. Import the OBJ file in the Meshroom "textured" folder

12. Switch to the display in viewport mode

13. Well done!! You have a scan!
