it significantly falls short of the expected quality standards. The main issue lies in the texture rendering, which is poorly executed, resulting in a lack of detail and realism. Additionally, the characters within the model are not displaying correctly, with parts appearing incomplete or missing, compromising the model's overall integrity and utility for my intended use. Given these substantial flaws, I believe a full refund is warranted, and I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with this request.
