Modern Loft 3D model

This is the first negative rating i have ever given, i paid for and downloaded the Modern Loft scene. The loading ends with an error, i tried both files, 2012 and 2015 with same result. It results in a blank scene explorer and i tried everything i know but i can not get it working. Normally that would not make me send a negative rating, as i did, just ask for help to solve the problem. The reason for my negative rating is because i get no reply back from the developer on my requests for help or solutions to the error.
