Info: The assets, inside the demo folders(Bar counter, candles walls, beam and pillar) were used for creating to demo scene which seen at screenshots. These assets quality are less than rest of the package. Unreal assets made in 4.23 version. Unity Textures are inside the unity package and Unreal Engine Textures are format of .uasset . So there is not any texture which .png or other image format inside this asset kit.
