Coffee shop in New York Low-poly 3D model

a somewhat modern Coffee Shop in a city inspired in New York.

• The interior has five different types of tables and chairs, two types of couch, a bookshelf with books and plants, all the props that you would find in a coffee shop like; coffee mugs, plastic cups, coffee cups, plates, dishes, drinks and bottles (all with custome made and designed textures).

-The interior consists of the main room, a bathroom and a kitchen.

-Besides the interior there is also a lot of exterior props and buildings that work as background but can also be used to make a small town, including a grid for the streets that can be repeated in an array, lots of traffic signs and letters, 8 different buildings with different color variations, four different type of vehicles with different colors aswell.

There is two versions of the blender file, one is set up for Cycles, the other one is set up for Eevee.
