High quality modern two story house with exterior and interior, completely furnished with over 100 objects (you can use it in any of your projects). Сomplete scene included 11 rooms with setuped lighting (baked gi) - living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, childrens room, mini office cabinet, hallway, garage, corridor, and one small empty room on the 1st floor. This house have openable doors and fully walkable (Complete scene with blueprints and scripts included), it is perfect for any kind of projects - games, archviz etc..
Included version for Unreal Engine 4.26+ and Unity 2020.3+, also source files - meshes in fbx. format and textures in tga.

I use the FBX version of this house in Cinema 4D with Redshift. Of course, I had to rework/re-link the materials (as required for Redshift). But I'm happy with the result and the overall quality of the model.
