Here is a huge pack of grim architecture details and other different assets which you can use to make your own grim environment. All main textures is 4k and inklude all what you need for PBR rendering.

Using in unreal engine and the assets LOOK great but the skeletal mesh's are all messed up. For example when running up the stairs, you float way above them because the mesh does not match the asset. The assets are also not centered so when trying to rotate it swings insanely wide so you cannot edit unless you zoom insanely far out. The textures names also do not match the names of the assets on a lot of the objects so a ton of guessing which textures to use.
