drama theater realistic Low-poly 3D model
Description
A photo-realistic 3D model of a drama theatre originally modeled in 3ds max 2016 and rendered in Vray 5 renderer.
Scene management:Medium has over 2M faces but has V-ray proxy meshes for optimal viewport performance. While low poly scene version have chairs simpler and balconies have far more less segments. 2.8M medium poly faces against low poly 968k faces are far more optimized in terms of usage I guess.
IMPORT EXPORT tests:Both medium and low poly FBX, OBJ formats were tested on Unreal engine 4.27, Lumion 11, Cinema 4D R18 and Blender 2.8. No issues found so far. Contact me if you have any issues related to import and export.Note: The textures are in a separate zip file!Enjoy!
