The creator has proven to be very responsive and helpful (e.g. by quickly updating one model with a better, more rounded mesh).
------(Minor) Cons: The scene may need to be re-scaled if your need/want real-life scale. Some models are not really low-poly, if that is something you care about (I personally don't). Some models could benefit from having separated parts/meshes for easier animation/manipulation (e.g. opening the doors of the cabinets). Many meshes are not sub-division ready.
------Things to keep in mind: The living room has just three walls, only two of which are “decorated” (I believe the original intent of the scene was to demo the models in the collection and not create a 360-degree “stage”). On some models, the materials have opacity information in the diffuse color texture and do not come with separate opacity maps; some other models, however, do have opacity maps. The phong angle is set to 180 degrees which may cause shading issues. Some textures may need to be linked manually from the individual model folders as they are not included in the scene texture folder.
------Overall: recommended
