The Jailolo Kingdom is one of the major kingdoms in Maluku. Jailolo, which became the biggest clove producer, made Europeans such as the Portuguese and Spanish come to Maluku. Katarabumi is Kolano who ruled the Jailolo Kingdom in 1534-1551, right at the time of the arrival of the Europeans. This study aims to be able to reconstruct Kolano Katarabumi's government from the political and power, social and economic, and belief and cultural aspects. The research method used is the Narrative Descriptive method and data collection is done by means of a literature study. The results of the study concluded: First, Katarabumi became the strongest Kolano Jailolo in the war with his Alifuru troops so that he was greatly admired and feared by other Moluccas kingdoms. Second, Katarabumi is the king of Jailolo who links cooperation with the Portuguese even though the kingdom is a vassal of Spain as Sultan Jusuf previously acknowledged. Third, the fall of Katarabumi as Kolano Jailolo became the forerunner to the loss of the supremacy of Jailolo's power and greatness as the oldest and largest kingdom. Apart from that, it also made the Wayoli tribe, which was originally a respected tribe in the Jailolo kingdom, become isolated from Ternate power in Jailolo, because they had to choose to leave the area around the royal palace. Apart from that, it also gave extraordinary power to Ternate as the strongest ruler in Maluku and acquired Jailolo and Halmahera.
