The P.I.L. or Plasma Induction Liquid was concept weapon brainchild of a DARPA AI experiment prior to its termination due to its Skynet tendencies. Using special electrolytic fluid a high-power spark gap turns this industrial squirt gun into the world's first plasma rifle.
