Terrarium Rendering

This was an idea that I came up with while entering a contest that had to do with humans controlling nature. That was around 2009.

I decided that it would be interesting to have a decrepit environment that nature is taking back, while having a terrarium or paludarium as the focal point.
Thus showing uncontrolled and controlled nature.

This image was the topic of a Feature Article in 3D Artist Magazine that spanned the length of 7 pages.
