This stylized house was created using Blender as the main software and Cycles as the main render engine. I made this asset during 2020 as part of a personal project I was doing at the time and the goal was to create a simplistic yet intriguing building to serve as the main focus of the scene.
To achieve such a look I resorted to a few techniques that I am well accustomed to such as making procedural materials without the use of PBR textures, which helps simplify the look of the house, alongside sculpting to add detail and depth to it. I also added ivy to the sides of the building to differentiate the style of the house from generic cartoon styles and mix in some realistic touches to help catch viewers' attention.
