Small German Town Low Poly

Liederbach am Taunus a small town on the edge of Frankfurt. A basic topographical model (based on real hieght data) with pitched roof houses, church and park - the model includins low poly trees (similar to sketchup) for use in simple architectural scenes or fictional designs.
