SKS Rifle / Type 56 Carbine

Soviet designed rifle introduced right before WW2 ended. Blueprints were provided to several of the Soviet Union's allies, and China was one of them. The Type 56 Carbine is China's first domestically produced semi-automatic rifle and was used extensively by infantry troops. It was adopted alongside the Type 56 Assault Rifle in 1956, China's version of the AK-47.
