Hello, i just finished to design, print and fix my cosplay costume for Aoilia no Leo, the gold mith cloth.The model designed and remeshed on zbrush i built on several parts in order to print each piece in a standard 20x20x20 cm printer.Than you have to glue the parts.Arms and legs must be glued front and back separately, then personally, i use biadhesive velcro to wear them.The helmet is fixed and weareable using an headband.Feel free to use the system you prefere.Anyway just to be clear, i'm 1.80 m tall, 80 kg athletic normal guy. With little adjustments anyone could wear that.
