S-40 - Riachuelo - Scorpène Class Variant

The S-40 Riachuelo is the first of the Riachuelo class which is a Brazilian variant of the French Scorpène class submarine. This version is bigger than the other variants and Brazil has acquired 4 of them, the first two are in the testing phase and the other two are in the construction phase, and the S-40 Riachuelo is expected to be active until 2023.
