Working by hand obviously follows a different system than working on a computer, which helps determine the end product through constant programming and input. The fact that design work today
almost always has to take place digitally, is tearing craft-based artistic work and the modern digitalized world further and further apart.
This raises the question of whether it is possible to use virtual reality to transfer craft processes into digital space in order to close the gap between artistic handiwork and modern digitalized design.
