This is a 3-D printed pickleball paddle design to fit on an 18 cm³ build plate. The regulation size for the Pickleball paddle is no longer than 16 in (406.4 mm) and a total width and height of 24 in (609.6 mm). There is no regulated size for weight or thickness of a pickle ball paddle (these are USA rules as of 2022). This 3-D printed paddle is 16 in (406.4 mm) long and 8 in (203.2 mm) wide, making the total with plus height equal to the regulation. This paddle is 0.19685 in (5 mm) thick. This paddle would definitely not be allowed on a professional court seeing as homemade paddles are banned from competitive play, but should be fine for rec play.
This racket should be able to handle some abuse even when printed in PLA, but printing it and PETG gives it extra strength. Please be mindful of which way the print lines are oriented when printing this racket, for example it is preferable that all the paddle pieces are printed lying face down or on one of the two surfaces. It is also preferable that the handle is printed horizontally. When assembling this panel as shown by the pictures, be sure to glue everything together.
This is obviously a proof of concept
