Here is an open metal shed with a corrugated roof (high-poly,modular and editable).

Most of the materials like the roof, the metal framework, the wood and the concrete surfaces are procedural in Blender-3D. I plan to bake the materials to a texture set when I find the time. Only the streetlights and the gutter have a pbr texture set.
There are two blendfiles for the building.
- “EDIT-Covered Storage Area.blend” contains all the modifiers that make it easy to edit the construction.
- “Export-Covered Storage Area.blend” contains ready-made versions for exporting the known exchange 3d-formats (obj, fbx, dae, stl etc.).
The exported versions are attached to the download as *.zip.
