The Mercedes-Benz G-Class, sometimes referred to as the G-Wagen (G is short for German Geländewagen - [ɡəˈlɛːndəvaːɡn], “SUV”) is a series of full-size luxury SUVs (off-road vehicles) produced in Austria by Magna Steyr[1] [2] (formerly Steyr-Daimler-Puch[3]) and sold under the Mercedes-Benz brand.
