The Hetzer was very succesful in combat as it proved itself in battle over and over, it mistakenly got the nickname Hetzer (german for baiter or chaser). The nickname was intented for a related prototype designated the E-10, but a mix-up at the Skoda factory in their documentation made it stick throughout the whole war.

Painted it in both the early factory one colored paint, and in the late 'woodland' paint scheme.
