This character is based on the amphibious characters of Guillermo del Toro, specially Abe Sapiens (Hellboy). Although resembling an amphibious, it has many other references, like the illuminated fin as seen in Yondu Udonta (Guardians of The Galaxy) or the Rocketeer helmet
