Designing a full sized cargo ship using a new layering techniques. I used a combination of triplanar mapping, booleans, and a selection of Greebles to create a worn, grounded design.
The ship is rendered in realtime, with volumetric lighting in Blender's Eevee render engine. Some mild post processing for lease flares and distortion done in Blender's compositor.
Textures are modified form BlenderKit's library, and the planet is from Nasa's amazing library of images.
