Gur factory

Gur factory art 3d design by me in 3d max.

Gur is made by boiling off water from sugar cane juice. The cane is first crushed. Juice is then heated in a large vat. It has to be stirred constantly for 3 to 4 hours until all the water evaporates. It leaves behind a hard but brittle brown coloured solid called gur. This is used by villagers a a sweetner in lieu of white sugar.
