Furniture and Miscellaneous Assets

This is just 3 of 40 soon to be interior assets. The set will include almost anything you would ever need in a scene. And When available, I'll publish it for only $200! That's just $5 per model. And the best part is, you can throw them in your scene, AND SELL THEM! I'm looking for what is needed though. I need ideas, on what you guys would want in this, if you were to purchase this pack. What consumes the most time in your render? What pieces make you miss your deadline and loose that $2000 job?
