My latest project which I was creating with multiple interruptions for quite a while.
I practiced usage of procedural texture masks overlaid atop of tileable textures in this case. This was also my first serious project textured with tileable textures.
As reference I used Fisherman's castle, photo of which gave the initial idea.
I modeled all the objects in the scene, set up lighting, then unwrapped and created materials. Last task took most of the time.
