As inconspicuous as this tiny statue/figurine might look at first glance, it actually was a long time in the making. I initially sculpted it about a year ago for a 3D modelling project for my studies at university. Unfortunately, when it was time to hand in my project, I had never actually gotten around to retopologizing and texturizing the model. In the end, that meant that I had the raw sculpt sitting in my scene with about 9 million vertices... not much to the delight of my instructor. Anyway, I recently got around to actually finishing and uploading some of my old works, this being one of them. The result turned out really well in my opinion. A sleek but nonetheless expressive statue/figurine, that when coupled with a variety of different materials, can make for an extraordinarily versatile interior accessory for just about any aesthetic. Feel free to look at the model on my profile and view it as an interactive marmoset file in a few different materials.
