Eternal pose

Eternal Pose Is a special type of compass used on the Grand Line. Like Log Pose, it records specific magnetic waves from specific islands within the Grand Line, allowing users to know where to go to arrive at their destination.
Eternal Pose is an hourglass-like device with only one ball in the center of the device, and the needles hanging from a wire inside the ball. Unlike Log Pose, which resets its footage on a new island, Eternal Pose always points to the same island, no matter how long it has been somewhere else.
It is widely used by those who have home ports on certain islands in the Grand Line, as well as by Marines. The Marines in particular seem to have several in stock of these and ship commanders can request one to reach a particular island, as well as obtain one for missions. They appear to be available for purchase, although they are expensive.
