Here is an editable road with array and curves setup for use in Blender.

The adjustable curves are only available in Blender-3D.
But I have exported the road in several exchange formats, so that you can rebuild the curve settings in another good 3D program like Autodesk 3ds Max, Cinema 4D or Maya.
You can easily create driving routes with it.
The delineators and my simple test environmentare are included.
