The head of a dragon made from scratch and with a very basic bare bones rig to help posing. The materials for this project were the most challenging aspect. I spent close to two weeks working on creating these renders. Thanks to multi-resolution and subsurface modifiers the actual geometry can be much less intense than the final render, which makes things much easier to work with.
