Custom Loft apartment concept

I designed an apartment, which is characterized by a loft. The loft extends over two floors. The second floor consists a platform that can be accessed via a staircase. The high ceiling height enables a good view of the entire room. Furthermore, the room is opened to the outside via large window fronts. The loft is characterized by the combination of the zones. The kitchen, living area and work area are compressed into one room. However, in order to create a calm room atmosphere, the uses are spatially isolated from each other in their own zones. The living area is accordingly separated from the kitchen area by a shelf and the work area is on the platform above the lower uses.
